Senior Full-stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable, high-performance digital products and platforms. You will work across frontend and backend systems to develop seamless user experiences, robust APIs, and reliable infrastructure powering modern web applications and financial technology solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about building end-to-end products, writing clean and scalable code, and solving complex technical challenges in fast-paced environments.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications

• Build responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces

• Develop secure and scalable backend APIs and services

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code

• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning

• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability

• Ensure best practices in performance, security, and code quality

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of professional full stack development experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Golang, Python, or similar technologies

• Experience building RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems

• Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security principles

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or product startups

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or message queue systems

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows

• Experience with server-side rendering and frontend optimization

• Knowledge of scalable system architecture and microservices
